Why I'm a fit for this role
My career path is the role itself: writer, then production lead, then Head of Content with a team scaled up to 10 people (hiring, training, quality standards, upskilling). I know what happens at every level of the chain, because I've worked every one of them.
My trademark: industrializing without dehumanizing. Documented processes, SEO briefs, quality control, and for the past two years an AI-augmented production chain (Claude for supervised writing, n8n/Make for orchestration, RAG and skills to equip the team) that scales production without scaling costs.
I also speak leadership's language: the content I run is measured in leads and revenue (+290% B2B leads, seven-figure organic revenue), integrates with the funnel (SEO, GEO/AEO, CRO, nurturing), and holds up in front of leadership with numbers.
Key skills for this role
Editorial leadership
Content vision, trade-offs, OKRs: production aligned with company strategy, not volume.
Hiring & coaching
Sourcing, onboarding, and upskilling writers, both in-house and freelance.
Process & quality at scale
Briefs, guidelines, quality control, documentation: standards that survive team growth.
AI production pipeline & RAG
Claude, n8n/Make workflows, knowledge base (RAG), and team skills in the editorial chain: more volume, lower unit cost, quality maintained.
Content → revenue
SEO, GEO/AEO, CRO, and nurturing integrated: content as an acquisition channel measured in leads and revenue.
Leadership reporting
Readable KPIs, GA4/Looker Studio, stakeholder presentations: comfortable in front of leadership.
In the AI era
Leading content in the AI era isn't about producing faster, it's about rethinking the organization: who does what when the machine writes? I've already industrialized editorial production, now I'm rebuilding it around AI, without dehumanizing it or sacrificing quality.
Scaling without inflating costs
AI-augmented production chain (Claude for supervised writing, n8n/Make for orchestration): more volume, lower unit cost.
Standards & quality at scale
Documented processes, briefs, quality control: guardrails that stop AI from diluting the brand as volume grows.
An equipped team (RAG & skills)
Custom knowledge base and skills for the whole team: AI productivity doesn't depend on one person.
Content built for AI search
GEO/AEO embedded in the editorial line: content designed to be cited by LLMs, not just indexed.

Mindset & collaboration
Leadership & hiring
Building, structuring, and growing a content team: hiring, coaching, standards, and a quality culture. Clear expectations, real accountability.
Influence & leadership alignment
Championing a content vision in leadership meetings, negotiating with other functions (product, growth, sales), and securing resources: influence without direct authority.
Managing vendors & agencies
Scoping, briefs, and accountability with freelancers and agencies: quality doesn't depend on in-house headcount.
Marketing funnel & business alignment
An editorial organization built for the full funnel (TOFU/MOFU/BOFU) and tied to the sales pipeline, not an article factory.

What they say
Raouf was my manager at DocShipper, and working on his team was incredibly enriching and inspiring. I took part in the deep overhaul projects he led as content marketing strategist, where I gained solid knowledge in semantic SEO and learned to master several tools.
I had the pleasure of working under Raouf's supervision. From the very start, he trusted me and guided me throughout this experience abroad. He generously shared his knowledge and played a key role in making it a success.

Frequently asked questions
- What size team can you manage?
- I've directly managed up to 10 people (writers, SEO), including hiring and training. Beyond that, my processes and documentation are specifically designed so quality doesn't depend solely on my own oversight.
- You're based in Tunisia: how does that work for a role in France?
- I work full remote on Paris time (CET, zero to one hour offset depending on the season). I have seven years of experience with distributed teams and markets across Europe, Asia, and North America: async work, written documentation, remote rituals. Occasional travel (onboarding, offsites) is entirely workable.
- What languages do you speak?
- French C2, English C1, Arabic C1, and beginner Japanese (A2). I produce and manage content in French and English without an intermediary.
- Can you equip my team with AI?
- Yes. Beyond my own use, I set up an AI knowledge base (RAG) connected to your data, build Claude skills and agents tailored to your processes, and train the team. The goal: the whole team gains productivity, not just me.
- How can I verify your SEO and AI skills?
- This site is the proof: optimized architecture, structured data, content built for Google and for answer engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity) alike, and built in cowork with AI (Claude) following my own process. The rest checks out in my measurable results and references, available on request.
