Hire me as your Content Marketing Manager

Effective content marketing isn't a stack of articles: it's a system that attracts, convinces, converts, and gets distributed beyond your site. I've built it for 200+ sites, now with AI as a force multiplier, without sacrificing quality.

Why I'm a fit for this role

I come from the field: first a web writer, then editorial production lead, then manager. I know how to write, how to manage writers, and above all how to build the system around it: editorial line, calendar, SEO briefs, quality standards, brand voice.

Content doesn't stop at publishing. I treat distribution as its own channel: targeted mentions and comparisons, digital PR built on proprietary data, presence on YouTube and relevant communities. A large share of GEO visibility happens off-site, and that's exactly where most content strategies stop too early.

On the AI layer, I have a writing method that's current with GEO practice: answer-first sections, atomic content readable out of context, entity-rich writing over vague generalities, branded frameworks so my ideas don't get flattened into a model's generic answers. Production assisted by Claude with editorial guardrails, n8n/Make workflows to automate the chain, an AI knowledge base (RAG) and skills for the team.

And because content has to deliver results, I connect it to the rest of marketing: native SEO, GEO/AEO, CRO (+51% conversion), nurturing. At DocShipper, content drove +290% qualified B2B leads and seven-figure organic growth.

Key skills for this role

Editorial strategy

Editorial line, funnel and intent mapping, calendar: content aligned with business goals.

Production at scale

Standardized briefs, quality standards, managing in-house and freelance writers, proven across 200+ sites.

Writing for GEO

Answer-first sections, atomic content, entity-rich writing, and branded frameworks: the practices that make content extractable and citable by answer engines, not just indexed by Google.

Distribution & authority

Brand mentions, digital PR on proprietary data, YouTube and community presence: half of a piece of content's visibility happens after it's published.

Generative AI & team skills

Cowork with Claude (prompts, templates, human quality control), plus RAG and custom skills for the team. AI's volume, a senior writer's reliability.

Pipeline automation

n8n and Make for briefs, publishing, and reporting: the team focuses on added value.

Performance & CRO

GA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM), Looker Studio: every piece of content is measured (traffic, conversion, leads) and continuously optimized.

In the AI era

AI has made content production nearly free, and therefore generic content worthless: a model doesn't cite what it already knows. Scarcity has shifted to strategy, brand voice, and genuinely new information, exactly what doesn't automate. My role isn't threatened by AI, it's defined by my ability to orchestrate it.

Orchestrating AI, not enduring it

Production assisted by Claude with editorial guardrails and human quality control: AI's volume, a senior writer's reliability.

Writing to be extracted, not just read

Answer-first sections, atomic content, named entities over vague descriptions: the formats answer engines pick up most readily.

Information gain, not commodity content

A proprietary data point, a real case, a sourced number per piece: what a model can't guess on its own, and therefore what it chooses to cite.

Protected brand voice

Documented voice guide fed into the AI: differentiated content, the opposite of interchangeable 'AI tone'.

Automated editorial pipeline

n8n/Make for briefs, repurposing, publishing, and reporting; RAG and skills to equip the whole content team.

What I take care of

  • Editorial strategy: guiding line, calendar, buyer-journey mapping.
  • Keyword research and SEO briefs structured into semantic clusters.
  • GEO-optimized writing: answer-first sections, atomic content, entities.
  • AI-assisted content production (Claude cowork) with human quality control.
  • Distribution: brand mentions, digital PR, YouTube and relevant communities.
  • Managing in-house and freelance writers.
  • Optimizing and refreshing existing content (Helpful Content, aging pages).
  • Measuring content performance (GA4, Looker Studio): traffic, conversions, leads.

Reporting & communication

  • Content dashboard (GA4, Looker Studio): traffic, conversions, and leads attributed to each piece of content.
  • Editorial reporting to stakeholders: performance by cluster, content ROI, gaps to cover.
  • Tracking citability in answer engines (GEO) and brand mentions, alongside Google rankings.

Mindset & collaboration

Managing teams & freelancers

Hiring, clear briefs, feedback, and upskilling for in-house and external writers alike: clear expectations and accountability.

Cross-functional work (SEO, design, product)

Content is built together with SEO, design, and product: I coordinate stakeholders around a shared calendar and goals.

Marketing funnel fluency

Every piece of content has a role in the buyer journey (TOFU/MOFU/BOFU): discovery, consideration, conversion. An editorial line tied to revenue, not volume.

Communication & creativity

Editorial instinct and storytelling sense, paired with analytical rigor: I champion a content vision and steer it with data.

Frequently asked questions

Won't AI replace the Content Marketing Manager?
It replaces raw production, not the system. My value is exactly there: strategy, quality, brand voice, and AI orchestration, what separates a stream of generic articles from content that ranks and converts.
Does content need to be distributed, not just published?
Yes. Publishing alone isn't enough anymore: a large share of visibility, especially in AI answers, comes from mentions, comparisons, and presence on YouTube or relevant communities. I build distribution into the editorial strategy from the start, not as an afterthought.
You're based in Tunisia: how does that work for a role in France?
I work full remote on Paris time (CET, zero to one hour offset depending on the season). I have seven years of experience with distributed teams and markets across Europe, Asia, and North America: async work, written documentation, remote rituals. Occasional travel (onboarding, offsites) is entirely workable.
What languages do you speak?
French C2, English C1, Arabic C1, and beginner Japanese (A2). I produce and manage content in French and English without an intermediary.
Can you equip my team with AI?
Yes. Beyond my own use, I set up an AI knowledge base (RAG) connected to your data, build Claude skills and agents tailored to your processes, and train the team. The goal: the whole team gains productivity, not just me.
How can I verify your SEO and AI skills?
This site is the proof: optimized architecture, structured data, content built for Google and for answer engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity) alike, and built in cowork with AI (Claude) following my own process. The rest checks out in my measurable results and references, available on request.
